Become a Vendor or Exhibitor at RisuCon

Remember: RisuCon is a ONE-DAY event this year. If you want to be a vendor or exhibitor at RisuCon, you'll need to read our vendor rules and then submit an application. Submitting an application is not a guarantee you'll get a table. We review all applications and give preference to creators from Montgomery County, Maryland, and to those whose products we believe will be of interest to our attendees. Additionally, we may reject your application if we feel that too many of any one type of vendor have applied. Table prices are as reasonable as possible to support local artists and creators. This year, because of the different buildings at the MC Fairgrounds, table prices will vary depending on what building you apply for. THIS IS A RAIN OR SHINE EVENT! ALL TABLES AND MAJOR EVENTS ARE INDOORS. We will use the outside spaces if it is nice weather, but vendors are inside. Mark your preferences on the application. Prices range from $35 to $65 for our one-day event this year.

Please Note:

1) We learned after picking our date that Baltimore Comic Con is the same weekend. We do not think this will impact our attendance at RisuCon, but we want to make sure you check your vending calendar and make sure you can make it to RisuCon.

2) Changing vendors at the last moment created a lot of problems with getting our program printed and website updated last year. Although we try to be the nice con that refunds your money if we sell your table to a waiting-list vendor, we need to discourage people from making last minute changes. Therefore, this year, if you cancel your table after August 26, we will not refund your money, even if we sell your space to someone else. This isn't a punishment; it is an incentive to commit to RisuCon.
