RisuCon is pleased to announce that our event will be held at the
Montgomery County Fairgrounds in Gaithersburg, Maryland.
RisuCon will be jam-packed with exciting things to do all weekend.
RisuCon has 100% FREE parking. Park your car and walk right in to RisuCon!
RisuCon 2026 is located RIGHT NEXT to several Metrobus and RideOn bus stops.
Besides running the cosplay contests and parade at RisuCon, Superhero Support Causeplayers will be hanging out at the event all day. Drop by for some awesome superhero photos!
Food choices: There are many food locations to walk to, just a block or two away, including; Popeyes, Pollo Campero, Ixtapalapa Taqueria, Lu's Buffet, Kenny's Subs, and more! There will be food trucks located right next to the RisuCon buildings inside the fairgrounds! Super convenient! You can order delivery or bring outside food in to the convention space, no problem!
The fairgrounds and event space are 100% ADA accessible. There are level changes, slopes, weird bumps, and ramps at the fairgrounds. Let a staff member know if you need assistance or just directions on how to find a good entrance.
The closest hotel to the fairgrounds is the DoubleTree by Hilton at 620 Perry Pkwy, Gaithersburg, MD but RisuCon has NO official hotel.
